Should i leave my job in officemax to go to Kholes?

I work at officemax, but they give me so much crap all the time, when i am the best worker they have. And i am not just showing a big ego, i am really a hard worker and my hours prove it, i work 40 hrs, keep in ind they give hours based on your performance. I have the most hours!! Proof best worker. But whatever i do is no longer enough, should i leave for kholes. the advantage at khols is the fact that they all have own departments, better breaks and nicer benefits. YES, NO??? what do i do???
