Can i still be pregnant if my cervix is open and can the baby be ok?

I came back from the er today spent 6 hours there from 345 to 10am.I went in there with cramps and bleeding. first they asked to take a urine test and a blood test. the doc came in and refered me to get a ultra sound. my tests showed i was still possitive of being pregnant but the ultra sound showed nothing not even the sack.they did two ultra sounds the regular and the probe one. very frustrating to sit there and not understand whats going on. a different doc came in and said they honestly cant tell me whats going on that they cant find anything and that i have to come back to geta blood test in 2 days. he left the room and told me hes going to talk to a obgyn and he came back and asked if i recieved a l exam i said no and he basically told me if the cervix is open that im not pregnant and found out that my cervix is open. very hard to handle. he did tell me that there is a slim chance im still pregnant but either way i need to see a obgyn. is there any chance my baby is still there and is healthy?
