Ethics question if you were a manager?

If you are a manager, and you discovered that your firm's products are counterfeited by small family firms that employ child labor in rural Bangladesh. Your aware of corporate plans to phase out the products soon and you realize that once you report the counterfeiting to the authorities the firms will already be shut down, employees will be out of work, and families and children will starve, how would you proceed?
