Zyrtec (cetirizine hci 10mg) for cold symptoms?

I was wondering if taking it would help at all with my running/congested nose and sneezing? I know it's an antihistamine so I wasn't sure if it would help with a cold a or not. Also, I've already tried taking sudafed yesterday and it did nothing (just thought I'd let people know that so they wont suggest it).
