Original Ideas for a book I am presently writing.?

I absolutely love to write, yet I seem to have writers block at the present moment. I know its kind of ignorant and naive to tell all about my idea but in order to receive I must give. I am planning a story concerning a door. The only problem I have is that I have had ideas involving the main character entering the door to be swooped into another period of time in this life in search for a perfect life yet that was already done by erfly affect I believe. I also considered a different world yet that was done by Narnia. Any ideas? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
