My parakeet/bugdie is 2yrs. old and seems to be sick ruffled feather watery stool sleeps more & is not active?

i really need help. we took her to the vet about 2 weeks ago but her condition is not improving. we don't really have ANY good avian vets in my place. They don't know what to give her or what to prescribe. What can i do to help her out? Shes been sick for around 3 weeks now. She isnt used to eating veggies just grains. And her stool is really watery. I honestly think she may not live that long she looks really sick. please help? and please pray? thanks ^_^ her name is skittles by the way ^^
