1975 Car won't start with everything new!?

New battery, new ballastor, new starter relay or solenoid, new starter. This 1975 plymouth duster just does a click nosie when you try to start it, no starter cranking nothing just a 1 click nosie. What could it be? it has a 360 mopar v8 4bbl.
