Is it possible to use a quilt as a duvet insert?

I saw this duvet online that I'm interested in purchasing. The only problem is, it's only a duvet cover and I don't have a duvet insert or comforter, just a quilt. I'm wondering if my quilt will suffice as a duvet insert? Any help is greatly appreciated!
