In the state of New Jersey, can you pay more in court for no points?

I got a ticket for Improper U-turn and I am going to court tomorrow to fight it. I was wondering if it were possible to pay more in court to get no points. I heard from a friend of mine that I could. If I can, I would like to know how.. Thanks
