i'm 14 and i'm overly concerned about losing weight. i'm 106 lbs and 5'3 but i still think i look chubby. i have a pudgy tummy and kinda big thighs ... lately i've been feeling so guilty after i eat. i don't eat any junk food but today at lunch i had peanut er, an apple, and an orange and now i just had a bowl of raisin bran (without milk) and i feel so guilty. sometimes i don't wanna eat at all just to avoid the guilt and also the stress of choosing what to eat. what do i do?
