Female genital area discomfort, burning sensation and itching?

A couple of weeks ago, my period came out brown and dry. For two days during that time, I have had a normal red period. Other than that, the brown dry period had lasted for two weeks, getting steadily lighter. A couple of days ago I woke up needing to go to the bathroom a lot. I missed school that day because I needed to see a doctor about this. I told her all of this and she asked me to give her a sample of my urine which she then tested and said that there is definitely blood in it. I haven't been having , so I don't think I could have an STI/STD. She didn't think so either. She prescribed me this medicine, which I started immediately. This was about five days ago. My and the whole area around it has gotten very itchy and dry, it is swollen, red, uncomfortable and it is burning constantly. It's gotten very sensitive. I have also been getting a lot of discharge with blood in it and on and off pains in my lower abdomen. I missed a dose of my prescribed medicine this morning by accident, and my it was slightly less itchy. The medicine is 'KERFLEX' 500mg capsules. I have to take a capsule once three times a day. I'm sorry, I wish I didn't lose the leaflet which can tell you the ingredients of it. If there are any doctors here who could help me, it would be appreciated very much
