Do UGG boots run big or small? Also, are Bear Paw's better?

the UGGs run a size big, so i would get a 9. i mean they do cost alot, but they last for a long time, ive had my short uggs for 5 years, i mean the bottom inside wore out alot but thats 5 years..and you can get replacement soles. they arent meant to get wet THEYRE SUEDE! theyre to keep your feet warm and dry. so i wouldnt get them wet but waterprooofer helps for damage, but still, if youre going to shell out that cash, WHY would you get them all wet? lol
