Changing grades on highschool transcripts?

k so im graduating this year and my parents are planning on sending me to bangladesh for medical school. now see not that im a horrible student just that well..when you think about it going to college in a third world country where money can get you ANYWHERE you just stop caring about how well you do in school. thus brings me to my point.. seeing that i have 3 F's =P this year AND there is no way in helll a school in bangladesh is gonna call america and ask if these are the right grades on my transcripts..you think i should change it? if so how?
