Last may i felt a lump in my neck,then i started having pain behind my tonsil,?

kind of in the top part of the roof of the mouth, and now i have occasionally a small hear ache, anyone knows what it could be? i have no fever, but my neck fells different .tks in advance for your inputs...i am worried......
