Will the Sapphire HD3650 512MB GDDR3 AGP run on my computer?

I currently have NVIDIA GeForce4 MX 420 and wondering if i can upgrade. I have Windows XP Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.66GHz 2.67 GHz, 1.00 GB of RAM. Anything else I need?
